Shipping , Returns + Local Pickup

Shipping Within Canada:

- Free Standard Shipping on orders $125 and over (before taxes)
- $10 Flat Rate Standard Shipping on orders under $125 

Shipping to the USA:

- Free US Standard Shipping Over $175 (before taxes)
- $20 Flat Rate Standard Shipping on orders under $175 (before taxes)

New Westminster Local Pickup:

Pick up is available at Royal Farm Market (425A EAST Columbia - make sure to include EAST in the address) in the Sapperton neighborhood of New Westminster, once you have been notified that your order ready for pickup. Have your order confirmation email ready to show when you come pickup. .
Pick Up Times:
Monday to Friday 9am-7pm
Saturday and Sunday 10am-6pm

Return and Exchange Policy:

We want you to love your Zesty Lemon picks! If a regular priced item just isn't your jam, you can exchange for another item or for store credit within:

-14 days of receipt (when shopping in-person, or for items being shipped)
-14 days from the day your order is ready for pickup (when choosing Local Pickup at checkout)

Items being exchanged must be in perfectly sellable condition and must: 
-Have all original tags attached
-Be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered
-Be free of any odour and scents, pet hair, deodorant, makeup and other stains

The following items are considered FINAL SALE:
-Sale and Clearance items
-Undergarments, jewelry, sunglasses, hair accessories and hats and other headwear
-Bath & body products, skin care products and makeup products
-Custom items

All items are inspected thoroughly before being displayed and before being shipped. In the event that you received a pre-damaged or defective item, you must bring it to our attention within 5 days of receipt (when shopping in person or having items shipped), or within 7 days from the day your order is ready for pickup (when choosing "local pickup"). We will replace the item if it is still available, or give you a shop credit if it is not. 

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend getting tracking and delivery insurance. The Zesty Lemon Clothing Co is not responsible for any items lost in transit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Packages that are not picked up by the customer or come back to us marked as "Return to Sender" will be subject to:
-a $20 restocking fee 
-all costs associated with the shipment and return of the package

Occasionally, our inventory will vary from what is actually in stock - or there may be a glitch in the checkout system which allows you to purchase something that isn’t in stock. While we try to keep our inventory as accurate as possible, there may be times that an item accidentally oversells. If we can’t fulfill your order completely, we will fulfill the portion that is available and refund you for the item that is not available. We appreciate your understanding with this!
